I am a college professor in the Administration of Justice Studies and an expert witness. I have experience as a law enforcement officer, corrections training administrator and trainer, and former state jail training officer.

I have taught at two state law enforcement academies and founded the New Mexico Corrections academy. I was employed as a Police Major by the U.S. State Department and U.S. Department of Justice to train law enforcement officers in Haiti and Bosnia. I have been an expert witness for more than ten years and have testified in civil and criminal cases, for plaintiff and defense.
